That the bill be amended on page two, line eleven, by following the enacting clause, by striking the enacting section and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:
"That §30-17-1, §30-17-2, §30-17-3, §30-17-4, §30-17-5, §30-17-6, §30-17-7, §30-17-8, §30-17-9, §30-17-10, 30-17-11, §30- 17-12, §30-17-13, §30-17-14 and §30-17-15, of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted; and that said code be amended by adding thereto five new sections, designated §30-17-16, §30-17-17, §30-17-18, §30-17-19 and §30-17-20, all to read as follows: "
